It encourages future church workers who will one day bring the Gospel to a far-flung world mission, help an exploratory congregation in a metropolitan high-growth area, benefit a fledgling Christian day school, aid a Christ-centered early childhood facility in an urban neighborhood, and train the man assigned to your own congregation waiting to fill its vacant pulpit.
