LPS Senior, Anna Nelson, was selected as a Finalist in the National Merit Scholarship Program! Finalist status is granted only to 16,000 of the 1.5 million students that initially enter the National Merit Scholarship Competition. Finalists are selected based on the score received on the National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test, ACT scores, high school transcripts, personal essay, extracurriculars, and volunteer activities.
